At Jeep Parts & Accessories, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • All original components, hardware, manuals, and accessories are included

  • The product is in resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered

  • Electrical components once opened or installed

  • Custom-order or special-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components

Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require authorization before being sent back.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number

  2. Provide a brief explanation for the return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Unauthorized returns may be refused upon arrival.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

    • An incorrect item sent

    • A defective product

    • Shipping damage caused in transit

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • The item will be inspected to ensure it meets return eligibility

  • Approved returns are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued:

  • To the original form of payment

  • For the product price only (excluding shipping, handling, or installation costs)

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • Do not install the product

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.


Fitment Responsibility

We provide compatibility information to help customers choose the correct parts.
However, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify fitment before ordering.

Returns based on incorrect vehicle selection may be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for:

  • Opened packaging

  • Returns not caused by defects or fulfillment errors

  • Returns that require repackaging or inspection beyond standard processing

Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment at no cost.
Once an order has shipped, it must be returned according to this return policy.
