At Jeep Parts & Accessories, we aim to keep shipping clear and predictable. To help offset shipping costs on larger orders, we offer free shipping on qualifying purchases under the conditions outlined below.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $600 or more, before taxes and after discounts, provided the order meets the following requirements:

  • Shipping destination is within the continental United States

  • Items are eligible for standard ground shipping

  • The order is shipped in a single delivery location

Orders that do not meet these conditions will be subject to standard shipping rates.

What Qualifies for Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to:

  • Eligible parts and accessories shipped via standard ground service

  • Orders with a subtotal of $600 or more before tax

If an order includes both eligible and non-eligible items, free shipping may apply only to qualifying products.

Items Excluded from Free Shipping

The following items do not qualify for free shipping, even if the order total exceeds $600:

  • Oversized or overweight items

  • Freight-only shipments

  • Items requiring special handling or packaging

  • Drop-shipped items sent directly from manufacturers

  • International shipments

  • Expedited shipping services

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Shipping Method & Transit Time

Free shipping orders are shipped using standard ground service.

Estimated transit times:

  • Typically 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Delivery times may vary based on carrier, destination, and availability

Free shipping does not include guaranteed delivery dates.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from multiple locations.
Free shipping applies to eligible portions of the order and does not guarantee single-package delivery.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If an order qualifying for free shipping is modified or partially canceled and the remaining subtotal falls below $600, standard shipping charges may apply.

Orders canceled after shipment are subject to our Return Policy.

Shipping Errors or Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. Jeep Parts & Accessories is not responsible for such delays.

International & Non-Continental Shipping

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • International destinations

Shipping rates for these locations are calculated at checkout.
