At Jeep Parts & Accessories, we take reasonable steps to ensure orders are packaged securely and shipped in a condition suitable for transit. This policy outlines how packages are prepared, delivered, and handled in the event of shipping issues.
Secure Packaging Standards
All orders are packaged using appropriate materials based on product size, weight, and fragility. Packaging methods may include reinforced boxes, protective fillers, and manufacturer-supplied packaging when applicable.
Our goal is to reduce the risk of damage during shipping while maintaining efficient handling and delivery.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information is provided. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and ensuring someone is available to receive the package when necessary.
Delivery Responsibility
Jeep Parts & Accessories is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Responsibility transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.
We recommend shipping to secure locations and verifying delivery details before placing an order.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is lost in transit and tracking does not confirm delivery, customers must contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation when applicable.
Packages reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Stolen Packages
Jeep Parts & Accessories is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. Customers are encouraged to ship to secure addresses and consider signature-required delivery when available.
Claims for stolen packages must be handled directly with the carrier or local authorities.
Damaged Packages
If a package arrives visibly damaged:

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Carrier Delays
Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Additional Protection Options
Some carriers offer optional delivery confirmation or signature-required services. These options, when available, are recommended for higher-value orders.
